- Username and Password (provided by the client or user)

- OTP (One-Time Password) for secure access

b. Device and Usage Information

- Device model, operating system, and version

- App usage statistics

- Crash logs and diagnostic data (for performance improvement)

c. Microphone Access

The App may access your microphone to enable voice-based input or chat functionality. Voice data

is processed temporarily to generate responses and is not stored permanently.

d. Communication Data

Text or voice messages sent via the chat system. These messages may be processed to generate

responses in text, table, or chart formats.

2. How We Use the Information

- User authentication and secure login

- Providing accurate and data-driven responses to user queries

- Improving performance, functionality, and user experience

- Ensuring compliance with our internal security and usage policies

We do not use your information for marketing or advertising purposes.

- Voice input is processed only for generating chat responses and is not retained

- With the client organization to whom the App belongs, for operational purposes

Since Gyan Hub is a client-controlled data app, users: - Can view data and receive responses -

Cannot modify, delete, or update data stored in the system

6. Permissions Used

- Microphone: to process voice input for chat

- Internet Access: to communicate with the server and retrieve responses

No other sensitive permissions (e.g., contacts, camera, storage) are used without user consent.

7. Data Retention

- Login-related data is stored as long as your account is active

- Voice input and chat messages are processed temporarily and not stored permanently

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App

with the updated effective date.
